Develop innovative solid cosmetic formats (shampoo bars, solid cleansers, naked packaging) that eliminate plastic packaging. Formulate, test and scale new products for Lush's globally expanding range.
✅ Requirements
  • Cosmetic Science or Chemistry degree
  • Emulsion and formulation chemistry experience
  • Solid cosmetics or innovative format experience preferred
  • Sensory and stability testing knowledge
