Youcef holds a Master's Degree in Communication Systems from the Swiss Federal Institute of Technology and the Eurecom Institute (1994 IEEE Award). He has over 15 years experience in IT (Network Architecture, Network Management, Business Process Optimisation, BA, PM, Business Intelligence, Mobile Communications and Web). Youcef has been selected for a one year exchange program at Carnegie Mellon University (Computer Dept). He worked as a Business Consultant for several years at NHC Communication, Eicon Technology, Ericsson Research Canada, Bell Canada and other major companies. He has an Ericsson patent award and won the 1st prize annual gTech innovation award.
Lazar holds an Engineering Degree from the University of Montreal. He started his own investment company focusing on Web solutions (CMS, ERP, CRM...), Business Process Optimisation, IP Technologies and Business Intelligence (BI tools). Lazar has 30 years experience of project management, engineering management and engineering experience. His extensive international experience includes overall responsibility for contract, engineering, project control, procurement, construction, legal services and IT start-up. His experience covers all project phases from feasibility studies, planning, project execution to start-up and operational troubleshooting.
